Her work is impeccable. The way she infuses
her "Southern Roots" with the best of "French, Italian and Hispanic" techiques, and that's just to name a few. She has recieved rave reviews from every kitchen that she has been apart of from the "Stripe House" where she was honored to work under chef Rene Lenger to the "Jacob Javits Center". Her flavors heighten the adventure taken with every bite. But, not to be overshadowed is her flair for accentuating the presentation brought to the table with every dish. They are as beautiful as they are delicious. Her artistic views are not limited to food as she's a superb ice sculptor. Yes people she has it all. From excellent knife skills to beautiful Southern Comfort.
