I really like CPAladder. They didn't require a phone verification to sign up with so they we're pretty easy to get into. They also have a very decent amount of offers, I believe about 140 at the moment I write this. My AM is also very friendly, he helped me get started and put me on a net14 payment. I definitely reconmend them.

ROI Rocket

ROI Rocket is a standard CPA network with CPA and CPS offers. They have excellent affiliate support, timely pay-outs and their site is usable which is great as a lot of CPA networks have sub-standard websites. They run the same standard offers as the other CPA networks, but seem to have a good percentage of offers unique to them. The only negative aspect is that they do not have as many offers as some of the bigger networks, but it looks like they're growing and making an effort to expand.

Primary Ads

Solid network with thousands of good offers. They don't have a keyword search on their product offers, at least I can't seem to find one, which is a tad annoying. Their reporting is fairly basic as well. In fact, they could stand to upgrade their entire back-end functionality. However, they are a good company with great support, pay-outs and plenty of diverse offers to choose from.

Click Booth

Solid CPA network. Thousands of campaigns, quick approval. Timely two-week payouts. The only downside is their optimized banner rotator script is damn near impossible to figure out. You'll find yourself going around in frustrating circles trying to set it up.

ClickXchange

It's been a few months since I've used this CPA network and they've recently redesigned their website so maybe things are better, but I wasn't all that impressed with ClickXchange. First, you have to apply to run an offer. Granted most networks have a percentage of offers that require the affiliate to apply, but it seemed all of their offers required application. It's time consuming, annoying and some companies didn't even get back. Second, the back-end had some usability issues... it took me forever to figure out how to add another website to my account and when I wrote customer service about how to do it they didn't bother to reply. Last, the offers just weren’t that attractive... It was hard to find anything worth promoting. They've got a couple good gambling offers, but compared to many of the other networks they just weren't up to par. Maybe things have changed since the redesign, so you might want to give them a try. But they would for sure not be my first choice.
