Located in east central Idaho the Lemhi range is set in a semi-arid desert location. They are famous for their reddish color and being the landmark where Lewis & Clark first met the Shoshone Indians. They are a very unique looking range and their isolation makes them a truly special place to visit.
I've traveled with kids to Idaho and found it to be a relaxing and inspirational destination. We also have quite a few family friends there. Highly recommended.
