I think that whilst this may not be the best fancy dress costume ever, it could possibly be one of the funniest! This funny Halloween costume is known as the Down for the Count Costume and is perfect if you want to dress up in something a little different this Halloween and for me has to be one of the best Halloween costumes out there! Who says that you have to wear a scary costume this Halloween!
