Adengage pays its publisher 75% of revenue. Publishers can run Run-Of-Network ads and sell daily, weekly and monthly ads with prices they set. The have a slick ad creator and offer image ads.

Also, their customer service is amazing. They also go out of their way to consult with publishers to maximize revenue.
